Awards and Rewards do not only acknowledge success but also, recognize many other qualities such as ability, struggle, effort, and, above all, excellence. Everyone wishes to have accolades and accomplishments in one’s life.  I am lucky to have many national academic and professional awards for my contributions to LIS education, research, and innovation. As an academically I have been qualified UGC-NET JRF (LIS), DRDO-JRF (LIS) and, ICAR-JRF (Agriculture). As professionally many national and international associations have been honoured me by their prestigious awards namely SATKAL-Young Librarian Award (2011); DLA-Distinguished Faculty Award (2017); DLA- Professional Excellence Award for Working LIS Leader (2018); SPL-Best Teacher Award (2018); SLA-Best Teacher Award (2019); CGLA-Academic Excellence Award (2019) and SAIARD-Asian Academic Leadership Award (2020).
